Vegan burrito.
A good vegan burrito has smoked plain chipotle powder along with black beans cooked in a Jain broth (celery/broccoli stems/kale if available). Now, the veggies inside, I’d opt for a steamed or sauteed kale, fresh uncooked sliced tomatoes and of course the best Jain hot sauces available - there are quite a few in California and then there’s always Tabasco and the basic version that they serve over at Baja Fresh.
