Vegan Falafel Balls
Ingredients :-
Chickpeas250 grams / 1 cupParsley4 tablespoonCoriander4 tablespoonChili2All Purpose Flour3 tablespoonBaking Soda3/4 teaspoonRoasted And Powdered Cumin1 teaspoonCrushed Whole Coriander1 teaspoonSaltto tasteBlack Pepper Powderto tasteOilas fry
Method :-
Soak chickpeas overnight in water.
In the morning remove water from chickpeas and rinse properly.
Now in a food processor spoon chickpeas and salt and pulse well until mix resembles a breadcrumb texture.
Add in parsley, coriander, chili, cumin powder, whole crushed coriander and pepper and puree well.
Now remove the mixture in a mixing bowl and add all purpose flour and baking soda. Combine it all together.
Pre-heat the oil. Heat it a medium to high temperature.
Now make the falafel balls out of the mixture. Take a small amount of blended mixture in you hands and give it a shape of your choice. 
This mixture would make tentatively 15-20 balls and if kept covered the mixture keeps good for one day in refrigerator.
Now fry the falafel balls.
Using a spoon drop in falafel balls into the hot oil.
Allow to fry until the balls turns golden brown.  Keep stirring with a slotted spoon so they brown evenly.
